KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Vehicle Entry Permit Creation

• Create load permits
• Ensure accurate information entered in the Wayware system
• Wayware system maintenance
• Way-ware system query resolution
• Train employees on EHS related topics

Invoicing of stock on SAP IDP System

• Ensure SAP goods issue on delivery note is completed prior to invoicing
• Invoice stock out of SAP, as per outbound instruction to customers
• Ensure accurate data entry
• Ensure correct and all documentation is received from transporter and correct information given to transporter on transaction completion.

Reporting

• Daily on time, reporting of wayware and SAP transaction on closeout of shift.
• Daily recon on Stock movement

HSEQ

• To ensure constant adherence and compliance to Company HSEQ and security standards, local laws, standards and legislation so as to minimise all risk pertaining to company assets and protection of life.

Governance

• To ensure effective risk management and internal controls, including asset management, for area of responsibility.

QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES

Qualification

• Matric Certificate/N3 

Experience

• 1 – 3 Years relevant experience in related role
• SAP system experience
• Exposure to a manufacturing environment is advantageous
