Implement various sourcing solutions, with a preference for digital.
Supply the recruitment base with CVs according to needs and update it with the aim of identifying talents
Participate in the definition of requirements and drafting of profiles in consultation with managers
Develop a high-quality candidate experience: monitor target candidates, inform candidates regularly of progress.
Carry out the FIT integration process for new associates by taking care to coordinate with various contributors
Promote organisations employer brand (EVP) by representing the company at events linked to recruitment.
Participate and coordinate campus engagements with the universities.
Be the Brand Ambassador for various EVP projects
QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES:
Relevant qualification.
At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
Proven ability to recruit candidates for a variety of companies and with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong multi-tasking, organisational, and time management skills.
Ability to learn about new roles quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process, including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.
A sound understanding of and experience with relevant hiring tech platforms would be beneficial especially LinkedIn Talent.
