Contribute to the fulfillment of customer needs by ensuring the prompt and smooth implementation of the sales and logistics procedures.
Fulfill order processing tasks, reporting/statistics (internal and external), control the pricing policy and monitor the sales order status (back orders, on time deliveries and accuracies etc.) so as to ensure the final and complete satisfaction of the customers.
Coordinate with the sales team on a weekly basis to provide adequate visibility and coverage of customer demand across all manufacturing Hubs the forecast to the production’s hubs, in order to ensure customer demand is captured by manufacturing hubs via IPP, sales orders etc.
Coordinate customer feedback on issues related to ICM sales, logistics and providing excellent customer relations.
Ensure on time capturing of Sales budgets and forecasts into HFM as per communicated deadlines.
Provide support and on time reports to customers and sales representatives for ICMs.
Assist towards the control of receivables and approve sales orders, following company’s procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS ,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Preferably a tertiary or Post matric qualification
min 5 years’ experience in similar capacity
Minimum 5 years in related positions (Sales support, Logistics, Invoicing, Credit control preferably in B2B company)
Finance and accounting knowledge
Fluency in other language preferable
English language (Proficiency level).
